If a workout isn't appearing on another device, or data seems out of date, here's how to get things in sync.

Check your internet connection

PRactical syncs over the internet. Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If you logged a workout while offline, it will sync automatically once you're back online.

Pull to refresh

On the History tab, pull down from the top of the screen to trigger a manual refresh. This forces the app to fetch the latest data from the server.

Sign out and sign back in

If data is still missing, go to Settings → Sign Out, then sign back in. This re-establishes your session and forces a full sync.

Workouts logged during a workout session are saved locally first

PRactical saves your active workout to your device as you log sets. The session is saved to the server when you tap 'Finish Workout'. If you close the app before finishing, your in-progress workout is preserved locally.

Frequently asked questions

I logged a workout but it's not showing in History — where is it?

Pull to refresh on the History tab first. If it still doesn't appear, sign out and back in. If the workout is still missing, contact support.

Will my data sync if I switch from iPhone to Android?

Yes. Your workout data is stored in your account, not on the device. Log in on any supported device to access your full history.
