Can't get in to your account? These steps cover the most common login issues.
Double-check your email and password
Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. Passwords are case-sensitive. Try typing your password slowly rather than using autofill, in case autofill is inserting the wrong credentials.
Reset your password
On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email and tap Send. A reset code will arrive in your inbox within a few minutes. Enter the code and choose a new password.
Check your email verification status
PRactical requires email verification before you can log in. If you registered but never verified, look for the verification email and complete the process. You can request a new code from the verification screen.
PRactical rate-limits login attempts to prevent unauthorized access. If you've tried several times, wait 15 minutes before trying again.

I verified my email but still can't log in — what's happening?
Make sure you're using the correct email address. If you have multiple email accounts, the verification may have gone to a different inbox than the one you're logging in with.
My reset code isn't working — what do I do?
Reset codes expire after 1 hour. If your code has expired, request a new one from the login screen and use it within the hour.
