Force quit and reopen the app

On iPhone: swipe up from the bottom and swipe PRactical off the screen. On Android: use the recent apps button and close PRactical. Then reopen the app.

Check for an app update

Open the App Store or Google Play and check if a PRactical update is available. Updates often include stability fixes. Install any pending update and reopen the app.

Reinstall the app

If crashes persist, delete and reinstall PRactical. Your workout data is stored in your account — it will sync back immediately when you log in. You won't lose anything.

Note what triggers the crash

If you can identify what action causes the crash (e.g., finishing a workout, opening the history tab), include that detail when you contact support. It helps us find and fix the issue faster.
