If you've reinstalled the app, logged in on a new device, or Premium features aren't showing up after a purchase, here's how to restore.

Go to the Settings tab

Tap 'Settings' in the bottom navigation and scroll down to the Premium section.

Tap 'Restore Purchases'

Tap the 'Restore Purchases' button. PRactical queries your App Store or Google Play account for any prior purchases.

Wait for confirmation

If a valid purchase is found, Premium features unlock immediately and a confirmation message appears. If no purchase is found, the app lets you know.

Make sure you're logged in to the right account

Restore Purchases only works when you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used when you originally purchased. If you've switched accounts, contact support.
