Subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google, not directly inside PRactical. Here's how to view, change, or cancel your plan.

Open subscription management from the app

Go to the Settings tab and tap 'Manage Subscription'. This opens the native subscription management page for your platform (App Store or Google Play) where you can view your current plan, billing date, and options.

Cancel or change your plan

On the App Store: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PRactical → Cancel. On Google Play: open Play Store → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions → PRactical → Cancel.

After cancelling

You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. After that, the app reverts to the free tier — your workout data is never deleted.

Cancelling doesn't delete your data

All your workouts, PRs, and history remain in your account regardless of subscription status. You can re-subscribe at any time.

Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not PRactical. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly with your purchase receipt.

What happens to my workout templates if I downgrade?

Your templates are saved to your account. If you re-subscribe later, they'll all still be there.
