Progress Analytics is a Premium feature accessible from the dedicated Progress tab. It shows volume trends, muscle group balance, body weight history, and your personal records — all in one place.
Upgrade to Premium
Progress Analytics requires a Premium subscription. If you're on the free tier, tap 'Upgrade' in the Settings tab to unlock it.
Tap the Progress tab
Once unlocked, tap 'Progress' in the bottom navigation bar. The screen shows your training volume over time, muscle group distribution, body weight chart, personal records, and training consistency.
Read the trends
Each chart covers a configurable lookback window (default 4 weeks). Volume trends show total sets per muscle group over time. The plateau detection section flags lifts that have stalled based on recent sessions.
Short-term dips are normal — weight loss, sleep, and stress all affect performance. Focus on the 4–6 week trend, not individual sessions.

Where do I find the Progress tab?
It's the third tab in the bottom navigation bar (between Workout and History). If you're not on Premium, the tab is visible but the content is locked behind an upgrade prompt.
What lookback period do the charts cover?
The default view covers the past 4 weeks. You can adjust the time window within the Progress screen to see more or less history.
