Data export is a Premium feature. The Export Data button is visible in Settings for all users, but requires an active Premium subscription to use. Your data is yours and we're committed to making it accessible.
Upgrade to Premium
Data export requires a Premium subscription. If you're on the free tier, tap 'Upgrade' in the Settings tab to unlock it.
Go to the Settings tab → Data section
Tap 'Settings' in the bottom navigation and scroll to the Data section. You'll see the Export Data button.
Tap 'Export Data'
As a Premium subscriber, tap the Export Data button to begin the export process. This feature is actively being developed — contact support if you need your data in the meantime and we'll assist you directly.
If you need a copy of your workout history before the in-app export is fully rolled out, contact our support team. We can provide a data export on request.
Frequently asked questions
What format will the export be in?
Exports will be in JSON format. Each workout will contain its exercises, and each exercise will contain its full set list with weights, reps, and timestamps.
Is export available on the free tier?
