Password changes in PRactical are handled through an email-based reset flow. There is no in-app 'Change Password' screen — use the steps below whether you know your current password or not.
Open the login screen
Sign out of the app (Settings → Sign Out). On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password?' below the password field.
Enter your email and request a reset code
Type the email address linked to your PRactical account and tap 'Send Reset Code'. A 6-digit code is sent to your inbox within a few minutes. Codes expire after 1 hour.
Enter the code and set a new password
Open the email from PRactical, copy the code, and enter it in the app. Then enter your new password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it. Tap 'Reset Password' to save.
Reset emails come from PRactical. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new code from the same screen.

What if my reset code has expired?
Reset codes expire after 1 hour. Go back to the 'Forgot Password' screen and request a fresh code, then use it within the hour.
I'm not receiving the password reset email — what do I do?
Check your spam folder first. Make sure you're entering the email address you originally registered with. If you still don't receive it, contact support.
