There is no self-service account deletion inside the app at this time. To permanently delete your PRactical account and all associated data, contact our support team and we'll handle it promptly.
Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription automatically.
Contact support
Go to practicalworkouts.com/contact or email us directly. Include the email address linked to your account in your message.
Confirm the deletion request
Our team will verify your identity and process the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days of the confirmed request.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Contact support to request a data export before we delete your account so you have a copy of your workout history.

Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your email address can be used to create a new account, but all prior workout history will be gone.
